I am going to start this cleanse officially today because I'm not sure if the soy-cream sandwich I had last night should be on the list because of the added sugar. So, I am a mess

My camera battery died this afternoon and I was not able to take pictures of my food for the rest of the day. Boo. Luckily, I basically eat the same thing all the time so I have pics on file.I had some PB with Kashi crackers... ...and watermelon at some point when I was hungry. Then, I decided to face my fears!
