I can’t tell if I am hungry or dehydrated. My lunch was pretty big and I was super full after eating, but now I feel hungry. Hmmm. I hate when this happens. I need to start listening to my body all the time so I can tell what my stomach is trying to tell me. I’ve spent so many years eating for reasons other than hunger that it’s hard to tell. Boo.

I hate it when that happens… like yesterday I had a big stiry fry for lunch with pasta, veggies, shrimp, lots of fiber and protein… and like an hour and a half later I felt like I was getting hungry even though I shouldn’t have been. I just don’t get it!
Boo! I don’t get it why our bodies do that. At least I’m not some freak and it only happens to me.
