I picked up this book on Sunday from a local yoga studio that I’ve been going to. I have heard a little bit about Ayurveda in the blog world and am curious to learn more. I found out my dosha type is Kapha. The book has a lot of great info and a big list of foods you are “Okay” to eat and foods you are supposed to avoid.
I am not liking the “No” foods list because it says I should not eat yogurt and other foods I like and I think are healthy, Hmmm. I’m going to read more and make my own decisions.
