It was pouring this morning, so I didn’t run and went to the gym instead. I really don’t like the gym so, you know it had to be raining pretty hard to get me there as a last resort. Then, on the way there I saw a guy running and I was sad He’s way more hardcore than me! I ended up doing that step machine for 30 minutes, half heartedly doing some weight machines and calling it quits.
Ben’s kitchen is being remodeled so I had to pack oatmeal to eat at work today. I don’t like to wait that long to eat after I work out so I ate some grapes on the way there. Lunch was a happy salad on top of my main distractor lately- bridal magazines I also had a LC meal with fish and pasta. I really like this one. Since we went to TJ”s on lunch to pick up some stuff I got a bag of pita chips and had a serving or so of them with lunch.
My afternoon snack was supposed to be just fruit. I am trying a new thing (for me) where I only eat fruit between meals. Snacking is my main problem and I figure step 1 is only snacking on fruit. Then, I will work on only eating healthy snacks in moderation when I have this under control. Anyways, I ended up eating these chocolate cookies that were in the break room too
I was not really hungry at dinner time since I snacked on cherries and a few handfuls of cereal when I got home. I ended up eating my leftovers from last night and a VitaTop with a few pieces of chocolates my mom got for Valentine’s day.
