Hey, I am off to yoga right now so I just wanted to post some recap pics of lunch and snacks. I was very snacky this morning after I couldn’t get full from breakfast, apparently I need to read last nights post about snacking again! Here is a wordless recap…

Today’s snacking – I’m gonna take some time to think about what I realistically need to do and what I can do to solve my weightloss issues.
