1. I wear men’s deodorant (because I sweat like a man).

2. I love frozen yogurt and cereal more than I should. Seriously.

3. I found my cat at the bank.

4. I feel super guilty throwing something away that can be recycled.

5. I can never remember my dreams when I wake up.

That was random.

Workout - Today was a rest day from running so I woke up and did Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I haven’t been doing this everyday like you’re supposed to icon sad Things you may/may not know... I think everyday might be a bit much for my schedule right now, so I will shoot for 3 days a week, but we’ll see…

Happy Friday to everyone! Ben is out of town with his buddies this weekend so I have the weekend to myself. I should be productive so I’m going to make a list of things to do icon smile Things you may/may not know...

In even better news I am down 3 pounds! I don’t know why really since I was NOT GOOD this week. Hmmm. Maybe God is throwing me a bone? I don’t know, but I’ll take it!

The timing is funny because I was reading Intuitive Eating yesterday and I really feel myself resisting the message. I firmly believe I need to get on some kind of meal plan (i.e. diet) in order to lose weight. Perhaps, I don’t…

    I agree about the meal plan thing. I am not looking to lose any weight, but I always feel like I need to be on a meal plan instead of listening to what my body wants/needs for that day! I really am working on this, but it is still a struggle! I really like the pb&pb idea! Sounds delicious! I will have to pick up some Pumpkin butter the next time I see it! :)
