Cupcake Tease

Happy Monday Morning :) I started the day with 5.8 miles, it was actually pretty slow, but it's all good. As I mentioned before I have a lot of things the RD wanted me to work on. Old vs. New

This Sunday was a day of trying new things and enjoying old ones... No Run: Rest day. After breakfast I did some blog reading and went to yoga :) It is so nice to just have a good "stretchy" yoga class after a long run day!
