Volume Eating

I’ve decided my blogging life would be so much easier if I posted 3x a day instead of 1 or 2 big posts – that takes me too long!

After adding things on my Target Wedding Registery working all morning lunch was a welcome break 🙂 Today I packed a tuna wrap with carrots and an apple. Oh, and a co-worker gave me some pretzels, which I happily took.foodies-1703

But, it wasn’t as good as this sinful tuna & seasoned potato wedges I ate this Saturday!!! (It was from Ralphs)foodies-1708

My mom made the tuna – it has reduced fat mayo (but not that ff crap), celery, relish and tomatos.foodies-1696

I also had one of these bars…foodies-1704

it was gone too fast so I had a piece of this Kashi bar too!foodies-1705

My afternoon snack was a volume eater’s delight – a whole bag of popcorn & a diet coke. Don’t judge me, I love it. dscn7904

And in case anyone cares I just registered for yellow towels. I don’t know why, but I really want yellow towels…

No judgment here! LOVE diet coke! Have you looked into Volumetrics at all? Emphasizes low-energy-density foods so you can eat a lot with few calories… i lost almost 50 lbs doing that!
