Well, in December 2008 the Kellogg Company acquired the trademarks and original recipes, so they are back baby!

Mother’s Cookies will be back on store shelves May 4, 2009, just in time for Mother’s Day! You know your mom would love some of these icon smile Mother's Cookies

I was recently lucky enough to receive a box of Mother’s Circus Cookies in the mail. (It was part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker program.) Lucky for them both they left me some. They are as good as I remember and I really enjoyed them. The nutrition info is not the best, but every once in a while you have to say “F it” and eat some good ol’ store bought cookies. These are a classic and have been around 95 years! dscn8360 Mother's Cookies

I don’t know if it’s the taste, the fun animal shapes or the memories of eating them as a kid, but I love em. dscn8357 Mother's Cookies
