After last night’s buffet extravaganza I thought I was going to burst! This morning my dad suggested the Holiday Inn buffet for breakfast. (On the plus side, it’s actually a very low priced buffet.)
Yes, two meals in a row were buffets! My parents are trying to kill me. My mom jokingly said I’m not going to want them to visit anymore after we’ve been eating out so much!
But, I made healthy decisions and enjoyed goodies in moderation 🙂 I had an omelet (made with egg beaters) from the omelet bar with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and peppers. The chef added cheese even though I didn’t ask for it, but I didn’t want to make a fuss. I had some potatoes on the side and a lot of fruit too.
I shared this piece of French Toast with Ben and reluctantly decided that I could have either French Toast OR a Waffle. Since no waffles were ready when I was filling up my plate I went with this. Unpictured: half a piece of toast with jam and a little juice.
Sundays are rest days so I went for a walk and did 3 sets of strength moves I know by heart 🙂
