I'm Going Downhill Fast

Yes, I have to admit that I'm going downhill fast. And then, when I go uphill I'm slow! My training plan called for 1 mile easy, 5 miles at Marathon Pace and 1 mile easy. After a few cold dinners on the table Ben and I have declared 7pm Dinner Time. This way he knows when he should be home and I know when I will be eating dinner and can plan my snacks accordingly. Day at the Museum

Ben and I went into DC today to sight see. It was the most gorgeous day! Love it! We hit up the Natural History Museum and the Jefferson Memorial. Egg Scramble & 12 miler

12 miles in 1:52:something this morning :) I felt good, but I'm still having trouble with the hills. I have gotten a lot slower since moving to MD and I have to blame the hills!
