Today is a rest day from running so I decided to bust out a DVD – Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. Yep, she’s back! I did levels 1 & 2. I forgot how hard it was! I think I am going to do the 30 day Challenge a try and do it 3 times a week for the next 30 days. I need some exercise that doesn’t require me to leave the warmth of my apartment 🙂
I am not going into work today so I had plenty of time to make a great breakfast. But, all I wanted was cereal. I tried to convince myself to make oat bran – I even have a super ripe banana for it! But, nope. I wanted cereal. Intuitive eating wins, I ate cereal with pb and banana.
Peanut Butter is a lot easier to drip in the summer. These drip drops were very thick!
