I used to always wear my watch pointed in like that because it's just easier that way but I stopped a while back for some reason. You got the same chews that I just got! The Banana Strawberry ones. I'm saving them for my next long run :) (which is a little more than half of the long run you just did the other day! haha) I hope your hand and knee feel better soon! At least you didn't hit your chin on the ground... THAT is an embarrassing scab! Been there, done that!
