Good Morning and Happy Wednesday
This morning I did 7 miles at around a 9:05 pace. It was supposed to be a tempo run, but since we moved to a more hilly area I have completely slacked off on trying to increase speed. I need to re-examine my goals and training plan if I want to get better!
I think 7 miles is the most I’ve ever done before work. I don’t really have the time for anything more than that. I dream of a life where I run when and how much I want and don’t have to work… If only I was fast enough to get sponsors
Two whole wheat waffles and eggs . I made egg beaters in the microwave for some protein and topped it with almond butter for staying power.![]()
And some syrup and chia seeds round it out. This seems like a delicious breakfast for under 400 calories. ![]()
Terra Chips sent me some of their vegetable chips to sample recently. I have tried the regular flavor in the past, but this was my first time trying their Exotic Harvest blend. And I haven’t even opened the Mexican inspired bag yet!![]()
These are the prettiest chips I’ve ever seen too. I love when food is pleasant to the eye and the mouth at the same time.
And yes, I had some while packing my lunch this morning. Chips in the morning is perfectly fine if they are Kabocha chips, right?
