I am eating at my desk today because I only work 5 hours on Mondays and don't get a real break. Then, I head to a long class and lab. I don't think it's a good idea to eat while working, or distracted in general but sometimes it's the only option. Steel Cut Oats and Monday Mini-Goals

Ever since I had them at the airport a while back I have been craving steel cut oats. For some reason I love oats cooked in a big batch. I think they just get creamier than my usual microwaved bowl. After having the Jamba Juice Pumpkin Smash Smoothie last weekend I have been obsessed with recreating it at home.
