PB&J French Toast Recipe

I had clients from 4pm to 8pm tonight. So I needed a snack that was going to stick with me through my normal dinner time. I was craving something sweet, but also eggs (random) and decided to combine the two.

PB&J French Toast

I made PB&J French Toast! I feel like I’ve made this before, but here’s the step by step in case you’re into food porn tutorials these days. Start with a regular PB&J…

Dip into your go-to French toast batter. Mine is eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla.IMG_9909 (800x533)

Cook through on both sides.

I took a few bites and realized it was missing something… Hmmm, what could it be?!

Powdered sugar! Of course. Everything is better with powdered sugar, no?

I just got home, scarfed dinner and dessert Smile and now am putting together a few workout plans for my peeps.I’ll see ya tomorrow!

In other news, Ben thinks I’m going to be arrested by the TJ’s police for all the pictures I posted on the TJ’s Must Haves List. Anyone willing to bail me out of jail if this is the case?

I highly doubt the TJ’s police are going to come yank you out of your house. Just tell them the pictures were so that you could compare prices to the Whole paycheck! :)

Mmm, I made stuffed french toast for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely fab! But instead of PB&J it was goat cheese and jelly- loving the sweet and savory combo!
