Happy Thursday! I woke up bright dark and early for boot camp again. I hope my body gets used to this new schedule soon! After camp I did an easy 4 miles.
On the way home I called Ben and he was already at work for an early meeting, but forgot he ran out of breakfast stuff there. He asked me to stop somewhere to get him something. I went to a cute little place he raves about.
It’s December! Crazy right? I’m not ready for Christmas or traveling or anything. Can we just freeze time for a while so I can catch up?
I think I made too many November goals and basically failed at all of them.
So, I’m going to make ONE December goal. I’ve had a night time eating habit since high school and want to knock it out now. This month I will not eat after dinner. Not a handful of cereal. Not a bite of Ben’s cookie. Not yogurt so I can sneak a ton of granola. Nothing. Done.
