Hello! It’s Friday! How did your week go?
Mine was great! Next week is ridiculous though I’m going to San Fran and New York in 3 days. I don’t even know.
This week was pretty low key on the running side of things. It’s a post-marathon recovery week. I did a 3 miler on Tuesday, 8 on Thursday and 3 again today – all at a slow, easy pace.
Here’s what I’m been eating this week:
Sushi last night for dinner. Yes.
I took a poll on Instagram on whether or not to buy this. The consensus was YES, but I’m going to wait until this weekend when I have people around so I don’t eat the whole thing.
Runa is a new energy drink company that sent me a few samples. It’s an energy drink made from tea and has the same caffeine as coffee and 2x the anti-oxidants of green tea.
Simply Snackin sent me some chicken jerky in a few flavors and it’s so good! I keep these in my purse. Added bonus: Soy free/gluten free – a lot of beef jerky has soy or gluten from soy sauce.
