I was wondering if you personally run daily? You mention that you were/do run 5 days a week.
I enjoyed running back to back days with the 3rd day off, but I’ve started following a half marathon training program. I noticed that most sites and training programs discourage running without a rest day. What do you do?
I’ve been reading your blog for a few months now and because of you {and a few other running bloggers} I caught the bug. I am gearing up for my 1st 5k in June and cannot wait! This page has already helped me so much!
I got what you plan, thanks for swing up. Woh I am cheerful to judge this website through google. Thanks For Share Training | Run Eat Repeat.
