Run 12/1/2008

My legs still felt tired from Saturday this morning. As I was leaving to run I could just feel myself dragging.  I ran 5.5 miles this morning and then walked the dogs for about 15 minutes. I was supposed to do 6 miles pace, but I wasn’t feeling it. I should stretch out in a bit since my legs feel a little sore too.
