Eat 12/4/2008

I bet you’ll never guess what I had for breakfast…yep, oatmeal againfoodies-9791I packed a big ol’ lunch for myself today:

It had an apple, greek yogurt with pumpkin butter, grapes and carrots, bagel with PB&J in a napkin and Kashi H2H.foodies-1002

But, my friend Lisa (Hi Lisa!) mentioned Whole Foods’ salad bar and I was all over it.

I started with a small scoop of sweet potatoes and butternut squash. They were both small amounts even if it looks like more. foodies-1004Plus a big salad with a bunch of goodies. I made a bad call and didn’t put enough stuff with protein on it. So when I was done I was full, but not satisfied. I had a couple of pieces of chocolate for my sweetooth.foodies-994So, I had a bunch of snacks throughout the afternoon at work:

a baggie with almonds, choc chips and raisins. foodies-999I had a handful or two of popcorn with M&Ms (again Lisa started it).foodies-1000And since I was seriously still hungry so I ate my carrots and grapes. You know you’re hungry when you are chomping on carrots loudly at work. foodies-1001Since I didn’t eat my yogurt and PB&J for lunch I had to eat it for dinner. I added a bunch of cereal and granola to the yogurt of course. foodies-995

I was still hungry after dinner so I ate a bunch of crackers and a piece of cheese. I stuffed them into my mouth before I took a pic. I really should have slowed down because it was binge like in how fast and mindless I was eating.

 

I took a long walk after dinner. Even though I ran this morning I had a ton of energy after work and was antsy. This happens a lot actually. I always want to take a walk at the end of a day, but no one wants to go with me! Whatever, I can’t let that stop me right?! My BF says I have so much energy because I eat so healthy, but I say it’s because I eat so much :)

 

I had hot cocoa with whipped cream (left over from T-day) and a half a Cliff Z bar for dessert. And just now I had a bunch of grapes and half a piece of bread with AB and choc chips. I do not get what is my deal today!!! I am eating my entire kitchen. I am going to brush my teeth and call it a night. I am going to assess my daily tomorrow and try to figure out what I did wrong that I could not get satisfied. foodies-10031
