I have a drinking problem

My name is Monica, and I have a drinking problem. I drink soooo much. Not necessarily alcohol (okay sometimes), but liquids in general. Drinking 2 cans of La Crotch is totally normal for me with a meal (previously that would be diet Coke). I also drink a lot of water. A little bit of this, a lot of that…

I am unbelievably exhausted. Today's eats where a little bit of this - healthy stuff like baked tofu,asparagus and rice  and a lot of that - unhealthy stuff like chocolate candy, ice cream and hot chocolate. Happy Sunday folks! I ended up going out dancing last night and even though I got to sleep around 3am, I woke up at 7am! Darn it. I couldn't go back to sleep so I just got up and started my day. I woke myself up early this morning to get out and run. I don't like to run too late because I never know if it's going to get hot here. Kaboom! and Lazy Calzone

My afternoon snack was yogurt and cereals. I took a long walk after work :) While I was making dinner I ate some of these crisps with hummus.  Lunch was salad with hummus and an open faced grilled cheese with an apple. I love carbs and cheese - whoever thought of this combination should be given some kind of nobel prize. Yoga in the afternoon and wine at night make for the most relaxing evening. My yoga class was a level 1 and it was really good! Sometimes the Level1-2 classes are too challenging to be enjoyable. Road Run

I have a set little route I run on Wednesdays. It's about 7.5 miles out and back and it's great because there are only 3 lights (each way) for the entire time! But, the city (?) has been doing road/sidewalk construction for the last 2 weeks.
