Breakfast Bowl and Marathon Lessons


This morning I used half a cantaloupe as my "breakfast bowl". I filled it up with cottage cheese, cereal, chia seeds and trail mix. It was delicious and took a while to eat because I had to scoop out the cantaloupe as I ate it. Love it!
