PCRF and Fried Eyebrows


For some very sad reason all my fruit is crap this week. You know a watermelon is no good when it lasts me more than 2 days! Who Moved My Cheese?


After my clients this morning I hit the free weights and did my own workout. I made it up as I went along, which is odd. I have a handful of “go-to” strength sessions written out that I usually use. Cornbread with Pumpkin


I didn’t grow up eating chili, or really cornbread for that matter. Corn tortillas were our corn-carb of choice But, somewhere along the way I learned that chili and cornbread go together.
