Today’s workout hasn’t happened yet…. Yesterday I swam with my team, Tuesday I ran 14 miles and did the bike for 35 minutes. That’s an average Tuesday. I’ve read about these and have been interested in trying them!!
I ran/walked 4 miles.
Damn you look cold! Come winter time I get these ideal notions of visiting the forest or whatever, and am just so miserable the whole time. Orange County has babyfied me.
Just finished day 4 of circuit training in my 12 week fitness program. First time I’ve ever burned 700 calories in a workout!
I ran 4 miles today!
