Stay Fit Running Belt Doesn’t Bounce and Holds Everything Ever

Hello! Today I have a quick video review of a new running belt that is super awesome and a discount code to go along with it.

But first… I ran (with the above mentioned belt) this morning in the SoCal rain. It is cold here! And rainy. Where am I?

I also hit up LAX to pick up Ben from the airport. The traffic was beyond ridiculous. Way way way beyond. I don’t even want to relive the chaos it was to get him.

He jumped out of the car to drag this branch out of the street like a lil good person. It was my idea so am I a good person too?

I feel like if you have to ask it’s probably a ‘no’.

Stay Fit Running Co Belt Video and Discount

I’ve been talking to the nice people at Stay Fit Running for a  while now. They say their running belt is specifically made for people with curves, which intrigued me. So I agreed to give it a try.

I feel like most running accessory companies make a lot of different products, but Stay Fit just makes running belts. That’s it. And they really pride themselves on making a great belt that has a lot of pockets and space and doesn’t bounce. I wore it all week in Florida for up to 10 miles at a time.

It’s hard to really see how good the compression is without more visuals so I made a quick video using the belt. Check it out since I look like a weirdo with a running belt…

The belt is $33.75 (with the discount), which might seem a little pricey but I use a running belt every single time I run to hold my phone and chapstick. On longer run days I pack it with a bunch of other stuff too (like pizza and magazines). And it works as a hydration belt as well. I usually wear my running belt for a week and then wash it and hang dry so it will last forever.

Basically, I think it’s totally worth it. I’ve used other belts that bounced a lot in the past and it’s super annoying and distracting to constantly have to adjust thinks while you run. And they offer a 60 day money back guarantee so if you get the wrong size or aren’t happy with it – you can return it.

Check out Stay Fit Running Co for more info on their running belts and color options. Use discount code : repeat

*I am wearing the small size in the running pic and have tried the medium too (that’s the one in the video). Both fit pretty well and they don’t bounce. If you carry a lot of heavy things and don’t mind extra compression I might go with the smaller size if you aren’t sure. But, you should note that when I used to wear a belt that had a band you could tighten I would tighten it all the way because I liked that feel better.*

Question: How do you carry your ‘stuff’ when you run?

I just put them inside my shorts or (I know this is TMI) my sports bra. Holding your keys in your sports bra is not the most comfortable thing but it is indeed very effective.

I use the spi belt too and agree with Rhonda. If you get it right it doesn’t bounce. But I only run with my phone and my key

I use a spartabelt https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01J6MVL00/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . Funny story, I actually wore two of them this morning because the hubs got a tattoo on his ribs Friday night and it was rubbing it so I offered to wear his and it worked. Haha. I like that it’s large enough to carry a wipe, my phone, keys, a chapstick and probably more if I needed 😉

I used to wear a spibelt (and still do for full marathons but I recently bought capris with 2 side pockets on the thighs and a zip pocket in the back that works great for most runs. I’ve always been interested in the type of belt like you just shared because it looks “comfy”. Sometimes the Spibelt feels restrictive or irritating especially when I’m running while bloated etc. Hmm… Maybe I’ll order one for myself.

I have been a big fan of SpiBelts. Once you get them just right, they really don’t bounce.
