I walked home from work again today and that means bringing my ride…
See how professional I look with my work dress and tennis on? Nice. I feel like a complete dork walking home, but it works.
My lunch was AB&J on a sandwich thin…I have a lot of these remember? Oh yeah, if you read the blog than you’re well aware.
And carrots and a lot of cherries. I fill that tupperware up so that sucker barely closes. I figure that I’ve made myself physically sick from cherries 6 or 7 times this summer (and let’s remember that I can eat) and I still love them.
I had Monica’s special trailmix for an afternoon snack…
and an apple later. Eating apples alone make me hungrier every time – why do I still do it?
I made omlettes for dinner. I may be killing Ben because I made mine with 1 egg and 3 egg whites and I gave him those extra yolks. Is giving my husband high cholesterol better than throwing away egg yolks? I think not.
I topped it with cheese and ketchup/tapatio. We are eating a lot of salads around here because 1. It’s summer 2. I like them and 3. we bought veggies from Costco
Now, I am currently stuffed from dinner, but I always want dessert. So I’m considering starting to eat a smaller dinner so I can have a calorie allowance for it. What do ya think? I ate a couple of these hard candies to keep me out of the good stuff. We got these on the road trip across America 🙂 Yah for Middleofnowhere,KS!
I’m probably going to make the infamous banana soft serve tonight 🙂 Tomorrow: less dinner, more dessert!

For the record: I gave him a container of watermelon and blueberries. Apparently he can’t tell the difference…
