Hello!! How’s it going? For my non-US readers yesterday was Memorial Day so I got the day off. That’s rare because my boss is a real B 
I took yesterday pretty easy and just took a walk and did some stretching. I am loving the polka dot ProCompression socks!! They are cuter in person, trust.
This morning I ran 8 easy miles and felt great. That was nice. Also – it reminded me that my ipod DIED after only two songs during the marathon this weekend. That means I ran 26 miles, having a rough race without any music or friends to distract me!!
That is a pretty hard mental game and I want to give myself a little credit for that. Plus, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to overcome negative thoughts while running and stressing about running – it’s all fresh in my brain from Sunday and coming soon!
Help: I did charge my ipod the night before, not all night but for at least 2 hours. Do you think it’s just dying? I have had it for 3 years now.
Post-run fuel:
I always brew coffee before I go for a run. Then I come back and pour it over ice. Today I decided to up the game and make it a delicious protein shake!
Vanilla Almond Coffee Protein Shake

- 1 cup coffee – brewed strong

I’ve been contemplating doing the suja cleanse but it’s so hard to find all the juices in my local stores and I can’t fathom paying an arm and a leg for shipping. Vanilla cloud would be my favourite flavor. Tastes like a straight up milkshake but with tons of protein and nutrition. Also really interested in your coffee recipe, which sounds dreamy:) I uaually make mine coffee in ice cubes and put 3 cubes a time into a bottle filled with 6oz almond milk. It works great! So much cheaper and good for our health!

I haven’t tried Suja yet, but the Vanilla Cloud sounds delish! I’d like the Fuel one as well. My favorite juice is pineapple cranberry juice, with a little coconut rum!
have never had any of their juices but that fuel one sounds just like what im needing.. fingers crossed porque nunca me he Ganado nada 🙂

I’ve never tried Suja juices. My favorite juice is Naked Green Machine.

I’d have to say coconut almond because, well, coconut almond. Also, sounds like your ipod is dying and I’m prettty sure about that. I killed 3 ipod’s in one day….of course that day might have involved water, surf and alcohol but still, it sounds like it’s on the way out. Also, that coffee looks delish, I might just rather have that. 🙂
