Hello! How are ya? I had a great day at the best Halloween / 1st birthday party for my niece!! I have to start with the cutest costume of all time:
The best Mike, Boo and Sully costumes. My SIL’s nana MADE these costumes this week!
I didn’t make my costume, but I did score this dress for my Angel costume for $10.00 courtesy of the clearance rack at Charlotte Russe yesterday!! Some might say it was Heaven sent…
Dress bonus = heart back. Love love love.
My mom already had the angel wings and halo – so this was such an easy costume to throw together. You can’t really see it but I have about a pound of glitter sprinkled on me too…
It was a birthday party with a Halloween theme since it’s so close to the 31st! These people are super cute and crafty. I can only dream I can be this good at decorating and baking one day. For now I’m just gonna pin it.

Probably it was the blueberry & strawberry coconut macaroon I had yesterday but I can’t be sure – so upsetting!
I love the Monsters Inc. costumes – I actually watched it last night with a small person. Well, he watched it, his Mum and I half watched it while we had wine and chats, hehe. So cute I always tear up.

I’m in the middle of having the best birthday weekend ever with so many favorites. I just had a pear streudel made with FILO dough and pears, figs, raisins, cranberries and pine nuts. Of course vanilla bean ice cream accompanied it. We are vacationing inCape Cod. I am a lucky girl.. Non food weekend favorite is the photos I took of my boyfriend playing with his dog and my dog on the beach. Total happiness. 🙂
