Confession… Donut Cookies

Confession Time! It’s that time where I confess my latest sins/indiscretions/poor choices I could keep private but for some reason am sharing on the internet machine…

serving sizes lie

1. I’ve been eating two breakfasts everyday. Busted! I feel like I’m really hungry so I am cool with it. Just want to keep an eye on this not getting outta control.

2. Vegas woke me up last night because he randomly decided he’s never slept on my pillow snuggled up to my head. Then, he proceeded to purr VERY LOUD. Fantastic. Anyone want an orange cat? Free to a good home with pillows…

3. I’ve been eating lunch in front of the TV. It’s something I try not to do since I think it’s good to focus on your food.

4. I bought these from the 99 cent store and ate them all. I kinda sorta thought I might save them for when my favorite tiny person visits, but I ate them because I have ZERO self control. Aaand because I was out running errands and hungry. (Seriously though, they are good!)

5. I didn’t even realize he was under my laptop until I was working for over an hour last night and got up… Ha!

im working on my cat (600x800)

6. Donut cookies?! Yes. Yes.

7. I feel like I don’t know how to properly load the dishwasher so I’ve just been washing the dishes by hand. Can someone come teach me?

Question: What do you have to confess this week?

THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

My confession is that after watching tv in bed last night I went to say goodnight to my boyfriend and couldn’t resist bringing a bowl of ice cream back to bed with me to enjoy before going to sleep. Also, I handwash LOTS of things because it’s easier than figuring out how to load the dishwasher. Tupperware takes up so much space in there! How do people do it????

My confession is that I’ve gained six pounds since moving in with my boyfriend in November. I blame the froyo place across from his condo that I frequent often. Do I give up the froyo!? Life dilemma.

That GIF from Orange is the new black makes me want a donut every time! I used to have a cat that slept on my head pretty much every night like my own person hat…I miss him….but I do sleep better now. I always eat in front of the TV…my boyfriend and I have talked about putting a treadmill in the dining room because we use the table maybe 3 x a year.

Love this! I was frustrated that I didn’t lose much weight last week, but when I think about it, I did eat a few too many potato chips and didn’t move as much as I should have. Next week, I am planning on drinking wine, so I better get my arse moving.

What I’ve learned about properly loading the dishwasher is this- there is no way to properly load it. Just jam all the dirty stuff in there and turn it on. It all works out in the end!

I always eat in front of the television. And I always plan to. I like it and I’m a grown up so I get to do what I want. Though if we are all in the room just talking, the tv is usually off so we can have a conversation. Just me? Totally television.

Confession – I want to be a stay-at-home mom…to my dog. Also my boss brought me a banana scone this morning, and I wasn’t going to eat it because it sounded weird (I mean, bananas in scone form?!). Then I tried it and demolished the whole thing in about 5 minutes.

I have nothing to confess other than I got a ticket driving into work today. Not really as exciting as cookie donuts, but now I wish I had cookie donuts to wash away my sins. I think that’s how penance works.

On my weekends I eat two breakfast, I don’t know what it is (probably because no one is there and I am bored) but what fills me up during the week doesn’t cut it on the weekend’s.

you put the dishes on the racks. you put soap in the little compartment and hit start =)
Seriously i hate washing dishes by hand. My dishwasher is my best friend.

while we’re on the topic of dishes I confess that I will use my breakfast dish and fork for lunch and dinner without washing it first (when i work from home). So yesterday i had little bits of egg on the fork that then ate a salad with a pork chop and eventually also ate some chicken stew.
I did however reach for a clean utensil to eat my nutella!

I’m the complete opposite. Three meals…at least three utensils. Glass of water 7 times a day? 7 glasses.

I get it. It’s a waste. Still do it. And I do the dishes so I’m only putting myself out.

K, what? I had no idea that grownups ate baby food! I’m certainly not judging. I like eating stale cheesies. I guess I have bought so much baby food in my lifetime that it’s the last thing I would reach for.

I will randomly buy baby food because it is a good preworkout snack to get some fast carbs in. That, and it is delicious.

My confession is that I have been putting almond butter on everything. I may move on to vegetables next.

I bought Chocolate Toast Crunch at the store this week since the bf likes to snack on cereal. HE hasn’t touched it and I’ve made quite the dent in the box…it’s so good!
