I am off on a secret adventure with SR this morning but wanted to stop in and share a few things. (It’s her birthday and we’re just running – nothing actually exciting.)

1. I ate a very healthy dinner last night.
But first I ate a ton of Food Should Taste Good chips because they were delivered right around snack hour and I was hungry. I’m a sucker for a good tortilla chip!

I had one of those when I was rehabbing my knees and it woudl crept me out how my muscles would contract .. ewww

I could really use the Compex today. I am super sore from yesterday’s strength training session.
Getting my walk in this evening with my baby and puppy. We love waiting until it’s getting dark so that all the Christmas lights come on. Beautiful!

Awesome! I will for sure be walking when I head to the gym later! I am in a “walk/run” mode after my injury so you can count on me getting my 15 minutes done then!

Why walk when I can run! Today was one of the most beautiful sunrises of the year. Reds, oranges, pinks, crazy blues and insane back lighting. Hill repeats tonight and trying a new restaurant in Long Beach. It’s great being a Sole/Soul Runner. Miss ya!
