Okay, so I feel like a slacker, cause it pretty much killed on the first set. smh.

I’ve been loving 25 Days of Fitness! I broke up each round with a mile; one to start with then another in between each set. Plus I added a plank, calf raises and hip exercises!

Not yet…can I move it to tomorrow since it’ll be my strength training day. Yeah, I’ll do both days 9 and 10 on the same day.

DONE! I added 25 seconds of plank at the end of each set. It never feels complete if I don’t do the plank. Third set gave me a real good burn. I rested one minute in between sets. How long is everyone resting in between? Great Day!
