  2. Choose Your Goal: Commit to 50 miles, 100 miles, or set your own distance goal.
  3. Track Your Progress: Use your tracker to log your miles daily. We’ll help you stay on course with a mileage plan to keep you on track!
  4. Check In on Instagram: Share your progress using the hashtag #PileontheMiles and follow along for daily motivation, tips, and encouragement.

Save the tracker that aligns with your distance goal on your phone. Then, cross off each mile as you run or walk it (on the 50 Mile & 100 Mile tracker). If you’re using the blank 30 Day Tracker – write in your miles each day and add them up at the end of the month.
