Run Eat Repeat

4 miles slow, 2 miles fast (kinda)

My training plan called for 2 miles easy, 2 miles at short tempo pace and 2 miles easy. My short tempo pace should probably be around 7:50 miles? based on my half marathon time, but I have not been able to get even 1 mile that fast yet! I did the tempos at 8:34 and 8:15 — I’ll be faster next time!

Once again we were running late so I had to throw together a quick lunch and eat breakfast in the car. I really should have asked Ben to make my lunch, but he says he doesn’t know what I like – which is kinda true. So, someone will soon be getting a lesson in How to Pack My Lunch!

Lesson #1: I bring a lot of food = a lot of tupperware!DSCN1913

Breakfast was oatmeal – 1/2c oats, soymilk, cinnamon, naner, PB DSCN1911Happy Humpday 🙂 I’m currently drinking a new tea from TJ’s. I think it’s a Mango flavor!

I drop a leave a response whenever I appreciate a article on a site or if I have something to valuable to contribute to the conversation. It is triggered by the passion communicated in the post I read. And on this article 4 miles slow, 2 miles fast (kinda) | Run Eat Repeat. I was moved enough to post a thought 🙂 I actually do have a few questions for you if you usually do not mind. Could it be simply me or does it seem like some of the responses appear as if they are left by brain dead folks? 😛 And, if you are posting at additional social sites, I’d like to keep up with everything new you have to post. Could you list the complete urls of your public pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

I love trying new teas. I’m kind of a tea snob but I LOVE Trader Joe’s teas – they have some great flavors.

That’s funny about the tupperware. I always bring a lot too. I just tried the mango tea from TJ’s last week and it was really good. I like mixing it with some sparkling water too.

That is totally how much tupperware is in my lunch bag. I pack a lot of food, and try my very hardest not to use baggies or saran wrap.

Mango Black Tea from TJ’s is my all time favorite 🙂 Glad I bought two boxes when I went to TJ’s in AZ. We don’t ahve them in Texas 🙁

Love all the tupperware, but hate all of the dish washing after! But totally worth it to keep hunger at bay all day long

I also take a ton of food to work, which means tons of dirty tupperware!!! Drives me nuts, but keeps everything intact! I always try to pack my lunch the night before. I hate feeling rushed in the morning.

I love your lesson #1 about lunch packing. Right now in my lunch bag I have three containers plus two packaged snacks! I try to pack as much or more than I need for the day in my bag so that I won’t get hungry 🙂
