Hola Ladies and Gents,
I did 7.5 miles today – this distance seems to be my fave “longer” mid-week run. The plan for tomorrow is a rest day so I can be nice and ready for a long run on Saturday. I need to figure out some kind of crosstraining for Friday so I don’t get too jumpy. My legs were slightly sore today and I have no idea why (?). I need to stretch out better and get on that yoga!

Lacey – yes my 7.5 distance is always the same route I discovered around Thanksgiving. I love it because there are barely any lights I have to stop at 🙂

also try a cold shower! (or end of your shower) i think that really helps minimalize inflammation. for some reason minimalize is underlined in red, it’s telling me it’s not correctly spelled? ah! i think that is how it’s spelled,… booo-hiss red underlines, hahaha. is your 7.5 distance generally the same route?
