Run Eat Repeat

Note to self…

Today was a bad day.

That’s okay.

Well, it’s not “okay” okay, but it’s not the end of the world. The ice cream is gone (along with a lot of other unnecessary evils). The damage is done, you can’t undo it.

Move on. Let it go.

Tomorrow is a new day and you have a plan. You just need to commit to it and stick with it. Your plan works, stop giving up on yourself.

(inspired by Roni, who makes me feel less alone in these battles)

THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

Today IS a new day. I can’t imagine the stress you’re under right now. It can be hard to find non-food coping mechanisms! Maybe treat yourself to a new magazine or a manicure or something of the like?

I did the exact same thing yesterday, I came home from work and binged. I know it was because of stress and not hunger, this has been happening once a week for a month now, and I finally told my husband, he pretty much said the same thing, and let me know I am not the only person with food issues, that I shouldn’t be embarrassed. I hope that “coming out of the closet” will help me avoid falling off the wagon in the future.

In the exact same boat as you. Yesterday consisted of wayyyy too many pita chips and hummus and WAYYYY too much icecream! Just gotta plan for today. It is a new day and in the scheme of life one day isn’t going to kill ya :).

Ive planned and now I just have to follow the plan for success. Good luck today!

Feel better soon. Remember, you just moved out to your dream destination and it’s only uphill from here, everything along the way are just bumps in the road. Good luck on your interviews!!!

You’ve just inspired me to finally close my container of cereal and stop sabotaging any progress I make (which isn’t a lot). Tomorrow starts now!
