This is me wearing my awesome new visor courtesy of Bobbi’s POTM challenge!!!foodies-1623

Before I set out for a 5 miler I had a handful of Shredded Oats.foodies-1622

I was hungry when I got back,  but I wanted to do the 30 Day Shred. I started it and did the first set when I realized I should stop & eat something before finishing. I made a smoothie with 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1/2c blueberries, almond milk & a little spinach. These are so good.

I originally planned to have a smaller breakfast since I had already had the smoothie, but I was too hungry! I made a big bowl of oats/naner/almond milk/PB. By the time I was eating it was 9:30am! I did sleep in a bit today, but not that much! I need to start waking up at 5:15am to have time for the Shred AND some kind of run/walk.

Your oats look fabulous!! I like mine kind of runny and not as dry and thick as most people like it, so your bowl is SO UP MY ALLEY. That blue smoothie is also SO tasty looking!!!
