Run Eat Repeat

Thursday recap…

Lunch Thursday was kid style – PB&J with watermelon. I call it kid style because this is Matt’s favorite lunch and because I made a mess with it.
Dessert – my last piece of dark chocolate. Well, not my last last piece because I have dark choc at home, but my last piece at work.

I had some watermelon and grapes a little while later.
I couldn’t tell if I was hungry or stressed and I decided to eat a Kashi bar just in case I actually was hungry. This is dumb. If I don’t know if I am hungry – I AM NOT HUNGRY. This is pretty obvious to people that don’t have food issues, but honestly it’s something I am working on. From here on out I will use this rule: If you don’t know if you’re hungry – YOU ARE NOT HUNGRY. Again, it seems really stupid, but I need to remind myself everyday.
I had to take the BF to the airport and we were supposed to get dinner before hand, but he was super late so by the time he got to my place we didn’t have time for dinner. I ate most of this Luna bar I had smashed in my purse and then are a real dinner when I got home.
I wasn’t even hungry anymore after eating the bar, but I knew I would be hungry in a bit and wake myself up or something. I had veggies and a burrito with that spicy bean soup inside. Obviously, I made the soup a little thick if I can put it in a burrito! I ate the rest of the Luna bar and some grapes for dessert.
