Hey ladies I am sorry that I’ve been MIA for a bit. It is crazy over here right now. I ate this blurry cereal for breakfast after a 5.5m run. It is half Kashi U and half Kashi Go lean Crunch. I love Kashi. Around 11am I had this apple pear. It is good, but I kind of like other fruit choices better, like my beloved watermelon and cherries. But, those are gone for a while now.

The main event was an egg salad sandwich (made with mostly egg whites and half of one yolk I crumbled around the edges) and grapes.
I had a couple of Kashi crackers with PB and this yogurt with cereal in the afternoon.
Then I went back for another tortilla with cheese. Why is cheese so freakin’ good?!
Dessert was one of my newly arrived Vita Tops with some mint n chip ice cream. Amazing! I was super stuffed, but I love dessert. This is definitely a habit that is dying hard. I need to make a bigger effort to only have dessert on special occasions, not every day!

I know! Dessert is always my biggest downfall:( Who can resist dessert??
