Run Eat Repeat

Tuesday I felt like crap…obviously.

Coming back from a horrible night of projectile vomiting and other disgusting bodily functions…

I ate half a banana because I was feeling weak and like crap over all. I also had 1/2 a cup of this cereal. It’s for kids :). I was not hungry, but the weak feeling was making me feel tired and sick.

Then, I had the bright idea to have some yogurt. I thought the healthy bacteria in it would help my tummy. It didn’t. I did not get sick or anything after eating it, but I still felt really nauseous and tired.

I left work early and went to my mom’s to relax. I did feel a little better after a while and I wanted to take the dogs for a walk. So, I had some crackers to give me enough energy to get up. I also washed my car, because I am insane and hate feeling lazy.I still wasn’t hungry, but my body was really confused from all the lack of eating today. I had a little piece of chicken my mom made and a couple bites of mashed potatoes.

I wanted to be able to run tomorrow morning because I knew I was going to wake up fine so I had some carbs. I had a piece of burnt toast (that way I like it) and half a cottage cheese pancake. I put some whipped cream cheese on the toast. It was so good.

I took a bite of this cupcake but left the icing.

Even with a food poisoning hangover I still can find a way to eat ice cream. I went to Penguin’s and got a small with granola and 4 animal cookies.

Half a cup of milk finished my little day off.
