Run Eat Repeat

Wednesday Recap

15 May

Wednesday I was back in business, sort of. I tried to run, but it was still a little painful since I didn’t exactly fuel myself well yesterday and because my body was still recovering from Monday night’s violent shaking. I ran about 2 miles and took the perros for a walk. Breakfast was a mix of cereals : Clifford Crunch, Fiber One Carmel, Flax Plus and some Shredded Wheat with almond milk and less than 1/2 cup blueberries.I ate about 3/4 of this apple at work. It was a normal sized apple. My massive hands make it look so small. Don’t get me started on these huge hands and feet I inherited from my mother. That lady can palm a basketball. I love you mom! (She hates when I make fun of her massive manos.)

I had 2 Adora calcium supplements throughout the day. I wanted to make sure the amazing taste of the first one wasn’t just a fluke.

I went to Costco during my lunch for Cherries, my one true love, and Watermelon, my other love. I ate about a cup and a half of cherries on way back to work. I also had a few samples: Chinese Chicken Salad, cracker with some spread, piece of tempura shrimp, lobster rice with cheese something or other. After all those snacks I wasn’t that hungry for lunch. I had a Boca with ketchup and half a sprouted bun with whipped cream cheese.
A little later I had a mini Cliff Bar because I thought I should. I love these things, but they are kinda small compared to Vita Tops, which are also 100 calories.

Dinner was salad with TJ’s dressing, whole wheat couscous and TJ’s orange chicken. So good. I love this orange chicken. It’s not as bad for you as the Chinese fast food stuff and I still get my fix.

I also cut one of the watermelons I purchased earlier. I didn’t take a picture, so for those of you who don’t know what watermelon looks like, here is a picture from another watermelon eating adventure.

THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

Yeah, I used to eat these all the time and forgot about them until I saw you eating them a little while back. So good!
