Coconut Water with Coffee Before Running!!!!

Running· What Runners Eat

9 Jul

Hello! Happy (insert day of the week here)!
I am running behind on life/blogging today because I did 10 miles in the morning and then had a few appointments right after breakfast.

Before my Run and Eat I sipped this new-to-me Zola Coconut Water. The company sent me a bunch of their stuff and one of these espresso flavored ones. Yes. Yes. It is delicious. But more importantly, coconut water is great for hydrating you and caffeine can be good before a workout too!!

Let me give you some life advice always use protection run through the sprinklers on a hot day. Slow down because it’s slippery – but this allows for optimum water enjoyment Smile

Before I rushed off to appointments I made a breakfast I’ve been thinking about for a while for an upcoming recipe.

I have one more ‘appointment’ tonight (read: something fun so you should follow me on instagram to see). See ya later!

Question: Is that too much Sriracha on my eggs or not enough?

THIS IS YOUR YEAR.

My biggest thing with coconut water is I don’t think I can drink them because I’m doing a keto lifestyle, but boy I would try if I could!

I seriously run through sprinklers on my long runs! It is so refreshing! I have never been a Sriracha fan 🙁

I had coconut juice over the weekend…straight out from the real fruit. Ahhh… 🙂

Too much sriracha? I don’t even know what those words mean. Stop talking crazy, and pour on more of the magic red rooster nectar. Eggs should always make you cry twice: once from the sweet spicy heat, and once from sadness that breakfast is over!

Coconut water & coffee sounds AMAZEballs. I’d be nervous about having that combo before a run though. Both of those things potently promote “regularity,” for me.

There’s a lot of egg showing, so I’d say not enough.

I ran a race on the 4th and one kind soul put a sprinkler out for the runners. It was the best!

that would be too much sriracha for me… my real concern is that your eggs are missing avocado. eggs + avocado = my favorite combination ever 🙂

I think for you that is just the right amount of sriacha.

I like naked eggs. Maybe I’ll let some bacon or avocado snuggle up next to them but that’s it.

Will check iG for your fun appointment visual later 🙂

Too much for me! I can’t handle spicy stuff.
I’ve actually never tried coconut water. I’ve heard such good things about it, maybe its time to jump on the bandwagon.

I also got a package from Zola and loved the espresso one (and this is from a girl who rarely drinks coffee!)

Yeah….I only like eggs with my eggs. Maybe a little salt. I like ham & cheese omelets….with an egg on the side. I’m THAT person that will get half way through a dish with eggs in it, only to pick out everything and just eat the egg.
