Hello! How’s it going? I’m trying to be super productive since I ignored email, dishes, proper nutrition, cat, hygiene and more this weekend… Time to catch up!
Yesterday I spent the afternoon on my couch eating and periodically icing my knees. They feel a little creaky after running 26.2 miles.
I dragged myself from the couch for one thing – froyo! I don’t mess around with the toppings.

I think I’m the only person in the world who fills my cup up completely with froyo. I’m not a big toppings girl so I usually only sprinkle on a few chocolate chips.
I go through weird phases where I have a completely empty gmail or 500 unread messages. There’s no in between.

I went for a run round central London and got to see Princess Charlotte’s birth announcement at Buckingham Palace. That was pretty cool.

Your froyo looks amazing! Recently the only froyo place near me shut down, which makes me so, so sad.
I’m terrible about my e-mail – either I get your e-mail at EXACTLY the right time and reply right away, or I don’t reply for weeks. And half the time I get so embarrassed about how long it’s taken me to reply that I end up never replying. Ugh.

Best thing is the momma and 2 baby manatee’s in my canal. We’ve been feeding them lettuce and they come around every day around 5ish. So cute!

Haha I only raced ten miles this weekend and my house is a wreck and I’m hopelessly behind on everything too. You always look so cute and coordinated at races, though! I’m always dressed a mess.

I constantly have my email open so as soon as I see one pop up I end up checking it. I’m pretty sure that’s something that will make a person go crazy, but so far I am still hanging in there. Nice job on the marathon!

Froyo toppings are the bee’s knee’s – I get made fun of all the time for putting captain crunch on there, but it is so so good! This week we are moving for the summer, we will be closed to all of our family and close friends!
