Waffles and Smoothies

Waffles and smoothies make the best breakfast! I love all these flavors and it feels like I’m eating something “bad” when I eat waffles.IMG_5987

My smoothie had a frozen banana, spinach, soy milk, ice and chia seeds. I love that this smoothie tastes so good and makes me feel good too 🙂IMG_5990

I covered one waffle with almond butter and the other with maple syrup. I started to eat breakfast and thought my plate looked funny after the first two bites… IMG_5991

I also tried some of Ben’s yogurt. I picked this up the other day because I haven’t had fruit on the bottom yogurt in so long. It was good stuff! See Ben’s family Christmas picture in the background 🙂IMG_5993

This morning I did my hip exercises and some abs work then took a short walk. I slept in past the yoga class I wanted to take. Boo.

But, it looks like a gorgeous day out – I’m hoping to convince Ben to take a walk with me later 🙂

      I love waffles too! And GM’s are awesome… they make you feel SO darn good, from the inside out!

      love the green smoothie! I’ve been trying to have one everyday! .. Do the chia seeds grind up or are they chucky in the smoothie?

      it’s soooo nice here too! do you make your own waffles? i’m sure that 98% of all the waffles eaten in my life are eggo haha

      Waffles are everywhere!! I want some! I had a GM for breakfast! I was still full from last night! Crazyyy!

      That waffle looks delicious! I had almost the same smoothie this morning minus the chia seeds.. I need to get some of those!
