I always wear sweatshirts around the house. It’s like my “lazy day uniform”. Apparently every day is a lazy day around here?
I should burn them all and never wear them again
But I never wear them on runs – until today. I couldn’t find a running pull over and had to hurry it out the door to get in 3 miles before class.
I always have packs of instant oatmeal in my house, but often put off using them for a rushed day. I am always rushed, so today is as good as any!
I never give myself enough time to actually eat breakfast and always have to take it on the go!
Oatmeal always sits like a brick in my stomach for 30 minutes after I eat, but leaves me hungry again in an hour. I know that goes against everything you’ve heard about this filling and fiberous food, but yeah. We’ll see if it happens today…

I always drink at least 10 cups of water a day.
I never can seem to remember to grab something cheaper and better for me as a snack (like nuts instead of a protein bar)!

I have the same issue with oatmeal, unless I eat. A ridiculous amount of it. Any carb-y breakfast really. I don’t think it has anything to do with the speed of which you eat it, I just think everyone is different. And it depends on so many things as I’m discovering (along with my dietitian). So it’s not just you Monica 🙂
I always eat breakfast before I go anywhere and I never seem to get enough sleep.

I always pick out my outfit and iron it the night before I am going to wear it.
I never go to bed with dishes in the sink.
I used to love eating oatmeal but I switched to Farina instead…it leaves me a little more satisfied.

I never regret a workout, even if it’s hard to get started.
I always drink a ridiculous amount of water.
For oatmeal, I do a 1/2 c. of old fashioned oats. Add 1 cup water and microwave on high for 2.5 minutes (may be different in your microwave). I add a drizzle of honey, some frozen fruit (I love blackberries and raspberries) and about 4 ounces of yogurt. It keeps me pretty full for 3.5-4 hours. I recently started adding vanilla greek yogurt and it’s even better. 🙂

I always eat oatmeal with some sort of protein to fill me up (eggs or protein powder added) because it doesn’t fill me up otherwise.
I NEVER wear matching undies … and the boy-toy complains. Might have to get on that soon 🙂

I ALWAYS change into comfy clothes the minutes I walk in the house. Literally the routine is – purse down, shoes off, coat off, pet cat, change. Usually I change into workout clothes…but they’re comfy!
I NEVER eat breakfast at home on a week day. I always bring something to the office.

I find oatmeal to be sooo filling in the morning, I eat so slow though so maybe thats what’s different and I always add atleast 1/2 a banana. I don’t usually eat until like 1-2 hours after I get up with my commute to work and by the time I’m eating I’m sitting at my desk so I kind of nit pick at it for a good 20-30 minutes.

The never eat flavored oatmeal. Somehow they are always too sweet. And I also get hungry after 1 hour. That’s why I always put one fruit and a handful of trail mix in them. That keeps me full to lunch!

Lately I’ve been making bigger bowls with a packet of instant + 1/2 cup quick oats. As long as I bring a big bowl from home, it’s a breakfast I can easily make and eat at work.

The same thing happens to me when I eat oatmeal. Very strange.
I always make the bed in the morning.
I never like to put on regular clothing, I like sweats way better.

maybe if you ate oatmeal just a little slower, it won’t sit in your stomach like that and it’ll keep you fuller. just a suggestion. 🙂

Every day is lazy sweatpants day in my house too! I get really confused when I go over to people’s houses and they are wearing jeans and a sweater or some kind of real clothes…um those are only for outdoor excursions.

I always drink exactly 18 ounces of coffee with 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of half and half every single day in one of my “special” mugs.
I never clean after 7:30pm… that’s quiet and wind down time.
