I love this can o’ beans – Trader Joe’s Black Bean Soup. It’s really good, but not the most appealing picture, so here is the can (& my classy chipped nail polish).
I ate it with the rest of those rice chips and some spicy hummus. Those chips are addictive & I already want to buy more!
I had to run a quick errand in the afternoon and I stopped at my local tienda for some fruit. This is a MASSIVE container of watermelon, pineapple and a little bit of mango (plus 2 grapes). Do you see the lime in there? Does anyone else put lime and chili on their fruit or is it a Mexican thing? (I actually don’t like it, but don’t tell anyone.) I will be consuming all of this fruit over the course of the next few hours. I don’t know what it is (maybe my body is super sensitive to fruit sugars? or I’m an addict), but I cannot get enough fruit. In the summer I eat a whole watermelon every 3 days. It’s excessive, so I guess I should serve myself a “normal” serving so I have an idea of how much I’m actually eating.

Girl I am right there with you! I can eat a whole watermelon in a day! I eat half of it just while cutting it up! It’s so gosh darn addicting…I try to tell myself that there are worse things that I could be eating…
