Run Eat Repeat

Day 89

I went to the Farmer’s Market during my lunch to get some cheap produce. I love Farmer’s Markets!foodies-431 foodies-430

I started today with a 45 min easy run while I waited for the polls to open. After running and voting I walked home and made some oats:foodies-428

I was unsatisfied when I got to work and wasn’t sure if I was truly hungry or not. I am still figuring out how to gage my hunger since I have spent so much of my adult life overriding it.foodies-429

On the way home from the Farmer’s Mark (that’s not a misspelling, that’s what I can it) I ate a plum. They are so good!foodies-434

I made a quick grilled cheese this morning to take for lunch because I need to eat this cheese and can’t afford to waste anything at this point. It was nothing fancy, cheese and tomatos. I like stuff burnt sometimes so it worked out.foodies-4351

My greek yogurt and pumpkin butter got all mixed up and was just okay since the yogurt just diluted the Pumpkin B.foodies-436

Everyone at work had the anxiety munchies because of the election. We were all crowded around eachother’s computers stressing about electoral votes. Everyone was eating candy since we had so much Halloween candy left. I ate a piece and then realized how everyone was just mindlessly eating and I was too so I stopped after that. I was still feeling munchy so I made some popcorn.

I came home to a freshly made pot of beans:foodies-440

So I made a HUGE salad with a bunch of veggies, beans, guac, cheese and a ton of baked chips. I also made a veggie burger on the side since I felt like I needed more protein. foodies-438

I had been wanting a Vita Top all day and finally broke down and ate one: foodies-439

I also ate the chocolate off of these, I don’t really like macadamia nuts.foodies-445

I knew I was going to keep snacking all night so I made some sugar free hot chocolate to fill me up.

Overall I had way too many snacks today. Boo to that, but tomorrow is a new day. foodies-446

Danica – Thanks, I totally take it as a compliment to be compared to see bride 🙂

Hangry – Thanks for the luck on the T-day Challenge. I am barely in week 1 and it is not easy!
