When I came home today I did a lot of random snacking…watermelon, ice cream bar, cereal. It’s been a while since I’ve done this so I am super disappointed. Boo.
Anyways, when I told Ben that I just came home and ate he said, “You need to find a new hobby.” He didn’t mean it in a mean way, but I thought it sounded funny. Basically my hobbies are running and eating, hence the blog. But, I want to focus on healthy eating!
I am very big on leading by example and it’s important to me that I NOT DIET, but instead, eat when I’m hungry, stop when I’m comfortably full and eat healthy satisfying foods. I get very frustrated when I fail at that because I am super honest here and know I will let you guys know the good, bad and ugly.
Dinner was leftovers from last night…
I also had some wine because Ben figured it would be the answer to my problems…
This wine is Two Buck Chuck disguised! It’s one of our wedding favors that survived being dropped out of the back of the car (it didn’t break!), but another bottle near it broke and that’s why it looks jacked up! You can see right through the label now.
Ben is putting together my new desk – now I’m going to be able to blog it up professional style 🙂
Ben’s Random Comment of the Day:
“Two Buck F*@k is more like it, huh, huh (winking).”
He’s drunk.
On second thought, I don’t know if my desk is going to be put together correctly any time soon…

LMAO @ your hub… that is so something mine would say. I have snacky days too. Maybe it’s our bodies telling us we need something- not food related. At times like that I say “HALT” are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired? I got it from quitnet.com when I was quitting smoking (a year ago Saturday woot woot) but it works for food and exercise issues too. Try it and see!
