I didn’t have any clients yesterday so I spent my day running walking errands. I’ve been down in the dumps so I knew I needed Yogurtland to fill that empty hole in my heart.
I managed to talk Skinny Runner and Marni into joining me for a walk and fro-yo date.
I swear Marni dared me to do this,
Then, Ben and I had a little date night adventure. We went to go buy something that we didn’t realize was way way out of our price range so it was kind of depressing to leave the store with sticker shock and empty handed.
So, we drowned our sorrows in carbs. We went to an Italian place called “Peppinos” that may or may not be a small chain. I don’t know for sure, but the food was good which is the most important thing, right?
I started with a salad because I obviously have a romaine lettuce deficiency in my body…
Ben got some noodle dish because he’s all fancy like.
And we ended the night with dessert and a movie. This cupcake got massacred on the way home.
Now, I’m stalling my run because it’s raining. Boo. I better get going because I have to be at work soon!
Have a good day!

Fro-yo with girlfriends and a pizza cupcake date with the man- I need one of those kinda days! We got a blanket of icy snow last night so no outdoor activities will be taking place… And may use the “I don’t think it’s safe to drive” excuse to continue my laziness ;P

Peppinos…..yum. We have then here in West Michigan too.
Oh the cupcake looks delicious…too bad the one we like closes at 2pm…how lame is that?!?!

Green peppers, I actually told them to hold the olives – just not my thing 🙂

There’s nothing worse than having your high hopes dashed by ridiculously high prices.

I just had to inform you that a Yogurtland” recently opened i my area and I told my boyfriend, “I’ve seen that place somewhere, I think it’s good,” only to realize it was from your blog! By the way, I’m obsessed with the coconut frozen yogurt with strawberries and kiwi sprinkled over the top. Yum!

At least you’re not trying to run here. It’s 40* and wind gusts pushing 40mph!

Mmmmmm. Pizza. We were out for “bad” pizza the other night and I had a salad. So that I could have GOOD pizza some other time! That may be today!
Rain here too…..

Okay, fro-yo, pizza, and cupcakes?! Now that sounds like my idea of an awesome Friday night! Yesterday I went out to dinner (mexican food!) with my best friend and made cookie cake. We called it our “last supper” before we lock ourselves in our houses and study for finals. 😛
