Fruitatarian Diet and Clementines Serving Size?

Fun· What Runners Eat

Started the day with a little Run Eat Foam Roll action. It’s unpleasant.

Last night I made some quesadillas at my parents’ house for din. I cannot get enough avocados in ma belly!!!

I am a fruitatarian today.

Actually, that’s everyday all day and twice on Sundays. But I got some shocking news today…

you need to know this about clementines (600x800)

Apparently the nutrition information for delicious clementines is for ONE. I seriously thought it was three. I really have no idea why I assumed that – there is no real foundation for that other than I usually eat 5 or 6 of them and most of the time eat two serving sizes of anything I consume.

Apple chips for some snackage.

Wait. I did really have other food… like tortillas and eggs.

To anyone that asked about my huge buns… rude.

Ha! I was wearing a Hot Buns yesterday. I have the blonde one since they don’t make one for red hairs Smile

The best thing I did in February was the Hot Chocolate 5k! Apparently I will run for chocolate! Actually I will run without chocolate, but it’s a nice treat!

I have the best memories of eating entire crates of clementines in one sitting with my mom around Christmas each year. They’re so good for you!

Probably started doing more freelance work and publishing more things on The Huffington Post!

I have one of those bun things too and I always get a lot of compliments when I wear it. Maybe I should break it out again so I don’t actually have to do my hair.

I ate a lot of beans in February. Delicious!
I eat pretty much like this six days a week and the seventh day my lunch is a cheat meal to eat whatever I want. I also drink a gallon of water throughout the day and take both a multi-vitamin and fish oil. I followed also this http://wp.me/p5NIsT-14 which is designed to do just that. Yeah, I done it. I love it when people that I haven’t seen for ages, don’t even recognize me.

One clementine is like two bites!

I’m gonna have to say the entire meal I had 2 weeks ago at Bobby Flay Steak. Between the halibut and the vanilla bean praline profiteroles….oh so good.

The best thing I ate in February was Bluebell’s Caramel Turtle Cheesecake ice cream! If any of y’all live in a state with Bluebell, you’ve got to pick it up! It was insanely good 🙂

And I don’t think I’ve EVER eaten just one clementine..

I was shocked about the serving size too! Except I thought it was two – whoops, my bad! Those little guys are as bad as chips…once you have one… you just can’t stop! One of my favorite eats has got to be Quartino’s during Restaurant Week.

I am not a fan of avocado (I know it is tragic, just think more for the rest of you) but I love CHEESE…so give me all the quesadillas.

Oh I love the ballerina bun too. But I’m so cheap I use an old tube sock, ha!
Best eats of February? Crab claw meat penne Alfredo for Valentine’s dinner. And these dark chocolate brownies that we all ate greedily till they were gone. Also some popcorn made with habanero sea salt. Yum!
I’m dying to run. Have been iced in for days, no treadmill. Maybe this week. Not that we have an avocado tree. (Jealous much)
      Hope you’re well!! xoxo

I usually eat at least an entire bag of oranges at a time. No judging from me 😉

I just made quesadillas with a side of half of an avocado. The best (and the easiest) on a Sunday night.
